If your phone interview with HR is a success, you will then be invited to a first round of in-person interviews with hiring managers and other staff, depending on the position. Finally, a second round of interviews will be scheduled with other members of the leadership team. If we have a mutual interest, a pre-employment drug screen will be scheduled. The process takes around a month to complete.
